What is a payday loan?

What do I need to qualify?

Live in the local area, have verifiable income, have a checking account with checks or debit card.

 

What are your days and hours of operation?

All store locations are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sunday.

 

What if I have filed bankruptcy in the past, can I still qualify?

No problem, as long as your bankruptcy has been discharged.

How soon can I receive my money?

Once you have been pre-approved, you only need to bring in the required paperwork to pick up your cash right away at the branch you have chosen.

How much do you charge for a payday advance?

A payday loan costs $20.00 per $100 borrowed. For example, a $100 loan due in 14 days would have a total repayment of $120.00 and has an APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of 521.43%*.

*The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) is the cost of your loan expressed as a yearly rate. The actual APR for your loan may be higher or lower, depending on the actual amount you borrow and your actual repayment schedule.

How can I apply?

The quickest way is to call the location that is most convenient for you or you can apply online and a representative will contact you the same day if you are applying during regular business hours. If you are applying after 6:00 pm, we will contact you by 10:00am the next business day.

 

How long does it take to get an approval?

It normally takes 30 minutes or less from application to pre-approval.

 

How much can I borrow?

Each customer’s situation is different and the only way for us to determine what is right for you is to process the application completely. We will do our absolute best to try to get you the amount that you request.

 

Do I need direct deposit to qualify for a loan?

No. You can qualify for a loan even if you don’t have a direct deposit into your account.

 

Does my credit line ever increase?

Yes. We re-evaluate your account each time you bring new information in to us and may periodically raise your loan limit up to the amount allowed by state and federal regulations.

Can I borrow additional funds before my loan is due?

You may be eligible to borrow additional funds if you have credit available on your account. You can call the location where you have your account and a representative will be happy to discuss that with you.

 

What options do I have when my loan is due?

You have multiple options available for you to pay your loan when it becomes due. Please ask an associate for details.

 

Are your services confidential?

We respect the privacy of our customers and we keep all of your personal information and information regarding all transactions completely confidential.
